From Within: Shine Brighter Than Ever

Our way of working is based on a scientific examination of the “woman type” in general and an individual neurobiological analysis of your personality. Considering your driver profile and the associated emotions and actions is the basis for opening up new perspectives on yourself and your environment. In the second step, your findings are integrated “outside”, i.e. we look at the effects on your different roles in (working) life. In a protected space and in exchange with your female peers, you will develop concrete solutions to your challenges. 

Below you will find details about the individual retreat days

• Tag 1 - Self-knowledge and authenticity in everyday (management) life: Lots of self-reflection and deep understanding of your individual drivers, motives and super resources; Increasing your natural authenticity.
• Tag 2 - Integrity: Purely into visibility: Deep insights into your beliefs, saboteurs and life goals; Acceptance and development of self-efficacy
• Tag 3 - Sovereignty and desire for power: exploring your leadership and power caliber; Testing your power character and negotiation style 
• Tag 4 - Appearance and impact: consideration of your appearance and your effect on others; Developing more fun, ease and self-confidence for your performances

The retreats each last four days and take place on the beautiful Schloss Tunzenberg took place in Lower Bavaria. We offer different days of the week as start dates, but regardless of the day of the week, we always start on the 1st day at 11:00 a.m. and end the retreat on the 4th day at 4:00 p.m.
